Women's Circle
Service Description
At our circle, We are forming a sisterhood of support, sharing our hearts and creating wonderful experiences together. Each circle has a different theme, and different healing modalities are brought to empower each woman to embrace her inner Goddess, and thrive in life, no matter what. I have facilitated these circles for 20 years, and have also completed high quality training in Cacao and Women's Circle facilitating. I also teach other women how to facilitate circles of their own. At Pontypridd Women's Circle you can always expect a warm welcome and acceptance. This circle is a safe container of open minded women, often going through tough experiences, who find the bonding and support offered here life changing. I love to see the change and watch women blossom due to this. It is our natural way to b e part of a supportive group of women. Women have gathered in circle for centuries and the research shows that being part of a group of supportive women who meet frequently can even reduce the risks of Breast Cancer recurrence. For me that says it all about the power of circle. Our circles take place indoors at Sardis Chapel in Pontypridd mainly and sometimes we go to the beach or other outdoor areas we find special. All equipment is provided in this circle so you only need to bring yourself. We also have back support floor chairs to prevent aching backs. Here are just some of the things we do at circle, although each circle varies: Sing Medicine songs together (I provide song sheets) Shamanic drumming and journeying (drums provided) Cacao Ceremony Goddess Archetypes Tantra Chakra Dance Somatic movement breathwork meditation fun There's always cake and a cup of tea, hugs, tears and laughs. If you are an open minded woman or identify as woman, no matter what age or disability, and you feel ready to be part of a supportive sisterhood, where gossip or back stabbing is banned, book your space on a circle soon. Our arms are open.
