Cultivate a compassionate relationship with your body and mind. This class has less flow but includes movement designed to release deeply held traumas and stresses in your body. Somatic Yoga is a movement Therapy. A way of re educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Benefits: . Improves Mobility and Strength . Reduces Neuromuscular Pain and symptoms related to chronically tight muscles . Creates greater body awareness . Helps with weight loss . Relieves Stress . Improves Sleep . Helps with mental Health .
