Self Love Session

A 3 hour session with the focus of bringing more self love and confidence. This will be a relaxing, non judgemental and welcoming space to heal any obstacles to inner love.  Expect soft lighting, aromatherapy oils on the burner, a chance to wrap in blankets with eye masks for some inner healing and relaxation.

Using Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Meditation, Affirmations, Journalling, Oracle Cards, Crystals and a Gong and Sound Healing Bath. This session is transformational.
